Job Responsibilities:
✔ Fluently Speaking English and Good sales ability is required.
✔ Calls prospective customers by operating telephone equipment, automatic dialing systems, and other telecommunications technologies.
✔ Manage a large number of outbound calls to USA/Canada customers in a timely manner.
✔ Asking questions to engage customers and keep the conversation going.
✔ Asking questions to understand customer needs and close sales.
✔ Use scripts to provide information about the product/ service’s features; etc. and present their benefits.
✔ Patient and able to handle customer rejection.
✔ Experience working in International Call Center will get priority.
✔ Fresher & under graduated are highly recommended for this Job if they are fluent in English.
✔ Experienced applicants will have an opportunity to get promoted to Team Leader or Closer
Educational Requirements: HSC, O level, A-Level, Bachelor degree in any discipline
Additional Requirements:
✔ Age 18 to 35 years
